How to test the TX power of Nokia FWLT-B XGSPON card

The Nokia FWLT-B XGSPON card, is a next-generation fiber line termination card. It is designed to be used with the Nokia ISAM 7360 FX-4/FX-8/FX-16 platform, which is a family of access platforms used to deliver a variety of services, including voice, data, and video, to homes and businesses.

The FWLT-B card is a universal Next Generation Passive Optical Network (NG-PON) line termination card, which means that it can support a variety of different PON technologies, including:

  • XG-PON (10 Gigabit Passive Optical Network):This is a newer PON technology that offers higher data rates than traditional GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network).
  • TWDM-PON (Time and Wavelength Division Multiplexing Passive Optical Network):This is another newer PON technology that uses both time and wavelength division multiplexing to increase capacity.
  • GPON:This is the most widely deployed PON technology today.

During the test of FWLT-B or FWLT-C cards, many customers feedback to us they only can use the command to show the TX power of GPON, but don’t know the command to show the TX power of XGSPON.

When test failure, you will get the below results:
